The enemy from across the border has been relentlessly pursuing the dream of annexing the portion of Kashmir under India's control. Towards that end, he has been encouraging and supporting terrorist activities by several militant outfits operating from his soil, against India. To his utter dismay though, all of his strenuous efforts over seven decades have been thwarted by a resolute India and he finds self not any nearer towards his goal. As a result, frustration has steadily been building up in Islamabad. Under these bleak circumstances, one of the leading fanatical sects in that country comes up with a drastic plan which seeks to wreak mass destruction in India. There is a wise saying that desperate times call for desperate measures. The evil scheme receives the blessings of the frantic army authorities even though it could mean retaliation by India and possibly an all-out nuclear war.Fortunately, for India, the enemy's deadly plan comes a cropper as an aftermath of a conflict between the sect and a notorious gangster sheltered by the enemy, thus helping India gain valuable time. The enemy, in the meanwhile, takes recourse to plan B, whereby a dreaded criminal wanted by India, accompanied by two accomplices, arrives in the country via the sea route, landing on the beaches of Alibaug across from Mumbai, under the cover of darkness. The Indian intelligence agencies have reason to believe that these terrorists may be armed with miniature nuclear warheads. The terrorists find themselves pitted against an officer of exceptional merit from India's Military Intelligence. The officer has devised a brilliant counter plan, although at great personal cost, with the result, the enemy tastes bitter defeat, but not before, a deadly duel between the dreaded criminal and the MI officer.
