First, I am for hire. Contact me via Facebook if you need awesome ideas or common sense. Created for an Army contest, this did not win. It lost to "Patrolling in the Infosphere" by Mathison Hall that would make a good comic book story but lacks deeper structural insight and renovations. Look him up on Linkedin, he is definitely a prolific writer and vested in the status quo. In my story all the doctors and references are real, look them up. This is written as more as a how-to guide idea mine or manifesto and should require some study. The Bitcoin General's Operation Cognizant Force is the military becoming steadily self aware and making war obsolete by creating, not destroying.
