Some unusual pollution has been showing up in the normally pristine waters of Lake Oswego for several years now. The cleanup efforts by the city have not been fruitful and the scientific explanation offered by the Portland newspaper makes no sense. The Shadow Club decides to investigate the situation and write an article themselves.
