I wrote this book because it pains my heart that those of us who consider ourselves "religious or spiritual" aren't always known for our humility, but rather our vicious arrogance, competitive pride, and egocentric hostility. In Part 4: "Heart Healing," we focus on receiving heart healing from our compassionate God. We will begin to discover and dismantle the unwanted patterns in our lives through the power of humility. The most important part of this book may be the reflection questions, so I am pleading that you take some time to work through those. The Spirit of God will meet you in a very special way as you ponder those questions in God's Presence.
