Nowadays people are younger and have more spiritual and existential questions. In my own life there was a need for comprehensive spiritual and sensible information, yet that was difficult to find. This book is about the moral and spiritual dilemmas in modern society, that we're facing with integration of religions, cultures and spirituality. I wrote about the difference between religion and spirituality, the difference between spirituality and practical spirituality and the difference between exercising practical spirituality and its effect on your being. In this book I also talk about different themes connected to spirituality, growing up as a child with spirituality, connecting within relationships and the spiritual quest for unconditional love. During my reflections I wrote about the religious blocking to find spiritual meaning and the function of religion. The later reflections are about my personal quest and its meaning, and how I integrated spirituality in my life. I gave ideas and directions on how you can apply practical spirituality and find sensible meaning in your life. In this fast changing era with technology and globalization, there are different demands and needs that people face compared to earlier ages. I wrote in a comprehensive and to the point way about ideas and logic that worked for me, and also what didn't work for me. I have a progressive, open minded, nonjudgmental and optimistic view on spirituality, and I want to present with this writing some taboo subjects that are not addressed well yet they play a huge part in human development, as I've experienced myself and as I've seen around me. I hope you will appreciate my writing and will learn something from it.
