Khadija is your typical Nigerian (Yoruba, if you're familiar with the term). Her parents expect her to be prim and proper and perfect, but she's not. She has a dirty little secret...a secret life, if you will. She smokes weed and hangs out in clubs. All things that her parents would die if they were to find out. When her parents introduce her to another Nigerian who they think will have a good influence on her, she discovers that the stereotype of the "perfect Nigerian child" has some cracks in it as things get crazy and dangerous, she has a very important decision to make that could reveal her dirty little secret and change her family dynamic forever!"Khadija the down ass African" is a fun read, but not recommended for children under the age of 18.
