In my career, I have travelled the world, raised my son whilst travelling, working and living overseas and made some good and bad decisions along the way. I wrote this book to help others who might be making the same mistakes I made over the years, and I hope to save others the heartache of 'silly' mistakes when trying to inspire yourself and the teams around you.
