The practice of prayer is dreaded by new and untrained believers for many a reason. Yet, Jesus gave but a few tools to the Christian with which to overpower the forces of evil. One of these tools is prayer. 5 Models of Prayer: How to Pray Fervently Well and Expose yourself to the Holy Spirit Constantly proposes five mind conductors a new believer can easily integrate and utilize in their praying exercise to overcome the syndrome of word loss during personal and public prayer sessions. Each of these models casts a ray of light in specific biblical fundamental doctrines or a popular agency of thought widely circulated and clichéd to enhance direct comprehensibility and applicability in the exercise and practice of prayer. In each model, the reader discovers biblical connections of each step and their holistic benefits for daily life. These models exhibit God's interest in human wellbeing as a social entity highly favored by heavenly hosts. Each of the five models constitutes a full chapter of the 22,000 words that compose the book plus its five (5) appendices. The five appendices provide guidance to group leaders and families to conduct studies on the book. The purpose of the book, as portrayed in each chapter, is to draw God's wisdom from the transcript of His Love and connect with Him in daily life with faith and divine confidence for the promised ultimate salvation. The book does not teach formulas to reproduce, but it endeavors to provoke a systematic thinking that can prove helpful for the beginning intercessor. The beginner will develop skills of lasting impact. The advanced intercessor will improve and modulate their system of praying. The target audience is the new believer who wants to learn a simplified method of praying and the group leader who wants to easily train others to become effective intercessors and prayer warriors. This tool applies to new believers because it uses easily acquirable steps outside of advanced Christian jargons. The language used in the book is common language (tested by elementary schoolers) to gauge its impact in a public less acquainted with churchy and scholarly jargons. The test was conducted in an audio version of the CD of this same program, published and distributed one year before the book version. The second purpose of this book is to help new and emerging churches and missions to find tools susceptible to solidifying their infant ministries. The book would also fit the textbook market; I am developing training programs where classes would use this book in addition to other materials as their guide. In fact, this book was requested from the couple hundred listeners of the CD to supplement the study. The book draws its bulk material from the CD mentioned above with improved, enriched, and repurposed additions for a more thorough product.
