Washington's Doubloon is a story of intrigue combining historical facts and legends about the gift of a special Brasher Doubloon to President George Washington and the lost treasure of the Knights Templar to offer a plausible answer to the question, "How did America pay off all its debts after the Revolutionary War and actually end up with a surplus?"The story begins with a connection between the theft of a Brasher Doubloon in Miami, Florida, and an attempted kidnapping of an Indian chief of the Mi'qmaq Tribe in Nova Scotia, both believed to be carried out by foreign terrorists. A team of adventurers, including Natalie, Dietrich, and Dr. Randall Fox introduced to us in the first two books of the trilogy, "Mystery at the Thirteen Sycamores" and "The Seton Secret," as well as linguist and Native American expert, Dr. Allen Gaw, daughter Lauren, and fellow archaeologist, Dr. John Zachary Bartholomew, set out to solve the mystery of the "New Jerusalem on the Potomac."
