The setting for FAVORED would be found in a section of South Carolina near Orangeburg and Interstate 95. Our heroine Colleen is kidnapped, beaten, raped, and left for dead. From this point the story centers around those who are deeply affected by this horrendous event. We are introduced to a plethora of characters, all interested in finding the killer. The tale weaves through the hearts and minds of these folks... exposing their varied problems as well as heroics. The climax culminates with a most unexpected event tying the loose threads together into a knot favored by God.
