SATANTRA CHATURDOSPODI KOBITAGULI: INDEPENDENT BANGLA SONNETS is the title of a collection of 56 sonnets by Dr. Rajub Bhowmik, which covers themes such as love, passion, life, travel, ethics, and eternal life. The author called these independent sonnets because these sonnets were written in various verses and in a rhyming scheme of AABB, CCDD, EEFF, GG (a total of 14 lines of rhymed). Thus, these sonnets are significantly different from those of Petrarchan, French, and Shakespearean sonnets.
