Ryan Gentry just wanted to enjoy his family vacation, but then he and his siblings, Sophia and Luke, discover a friendly family of aliens repairing their ship, and before they know it, they are hurtling through space for the planet Valoom. Valoom, along with the planets Vian, Lusiria, and No-an, hold a festival each year, and the children arrive just as it is about to start. The planet is amazing, especialy once the festival begins. Ryan soon takes up the game of nab, which involves zooming around a forested dome on giant insects, while Sophia eagerly signs up to compete in rocket racing. Meanwhile, Zach, their Valoomian friend, is all set to take the target sliding championship. But the peaceful planet is hiding a terrible secret ... an enormous black hole is threatening to consume the entire galaxy, including Earth! There are three No-an brothers, (Cyrus, Magnus, and Darius Noble) that are capable of powering a machine that can blast the black hole back into deep space, but they have been captured by the evil Serpan leader, Parnibus. Parnibus has imprisoned each of the three brothers on Valoom, Lusiria, and Vian, in areas that have been dubbed the fog lands. For the past six years, as the black hole looms ever closer, the people of Valoom, Vian, Lusiria, and No-an have frantically searched these fog lands for the three brothers, but to no avail ... Parnibus has made the fortresses invisible. But, after Luke is kidnapped by Riven, a desperate No-an man, and taken into Valoom's fog lands, Ryan, Sophia, and Zach have no choice but to follow them. The fog lands, though, is full of deadly surprises, and the entire group soon find themselves struggling just to survive, as they battle their way to the fortress that, by some miracle, Ryan finds that he can actually see. If the kids can free Cyrus Noble from Parnibus's evil clutches, then he can help them save the galaxy, but it won't be easy ... not by a long shot.
