This Action Guide is a tool intended to help you take an honest look at your culture in order to help shift schools away from a culture that runs on compliance, blame, and fear to a culture based on connection where students and adults feel cared for, empowered, and inspired to be their very best.

By taking the 4 Core Principles and contents from Culturize: Every Student. Every Day. Whatever It Takes. and organizing them in a way that provokes discussion, reflection, and most of all action, educators serving at schools and districts everywhere will find this companion guide to be a valuable resource for professional growth for their teams.
