This book was inspired by my daughter, Mya, and the beautiful bedtime connections we shared. It wasn't always smooth and easy, there were days our energies didn't match. Sometimes, bedtime was fun and rewarding, and sometimes it was frustrating on both sides. (I wanted her to brush her teeth and she wanted to ask LOTS of questions). It was a daily mastery of having both our needs met, especially at an influential time for overall health, and for the next day's positive potentials. But by the end of each bedtime, there was a connection with each other and if not with oneself.
