DIA agents David Jones and Katy Martin work on cases linked to the paranormal, terrorism, and espionage in a place called the Tranquility Lab in San Francisco. Katy Martin is a Remote Viewer, a psychic, and believer in the supernatural; David Jones is a maverick sleuth, skeptical, former CIA, and now a member of the Tranquility Team has been assigned to take over the case involving a shadowy white supremacist group that may have developed a secret weapon of mass destruction.
