This is an updated version of my book with the same title. This version also includes a chapter called Heart Fit; spirit, soul and body. This answered another piece of life's puzzle for me. I am so excited about it, I wanted to share it with you.People have asked me, "How do you stay so happy? I always see you smiling." First of all, people who ask that question are not with me 24 hours a day. I do not have a permanent smile on my face. I have challenges in life just like everyone else. However, I do believe I have a very positive outlook on life. If I know that God has called me to do something, I will not quit until it's completed.
