Hi Friends; "Mr. Mart" replies, Bluegrass Charley, "do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?" I do sir. If "Ole Mart" could talk, this is the story he would tell about "Bluegrass Charley!" He'd tell the "True Story" of a young 15 year old "Hillbilly Kid" who didn't have two dimes to rub together and (still doesn't) but Jesus uses his music to touch hearts everywhere. At the tender age 15 he gave his heart to Jesus and started singing. Not much at first but he helped an evangelist in revivals. We would preach and sing in the "One School Houses" in the wintertime and in the summertime we "Would Stretch A Tent." Oh my, how the "Good Lord" blessed in those days. But those days are over now and I'm no longer a 15 year old "Hillbilly Kid" but now I'm a 71 year old "Hillbilly Kid!" So sit back and listen to the "True Story" of my life told as only "Mr. Mart My Faithful Ole Guitar" can tell it. The miles, the gray hair, the ups, the downs and everything in between.
