My psychologist suggested that when I felt like I was going to relapse, due to strong emotions, to find something I was passionate about to distract me. I have always had a passion for photography, so I combined that with getting my emotions down on paper. There are so many people with mental health problems and I want them to know that everyone does in some way, and that's OK.
