The novel Women in Hell summarizes the reality of Palestinian women and their struggle by narrating the memories of a group of Palestinian women, including female prisoners in prisons. The novel moves from one space to another, on the tongues of women oppressed by the horrors of the miserable reality and daily suffering, between imagination and reality, through the places of Palestinian cities and others... The novel is a cry in the conscience of humanity, in which the crisis of contemporary man and the struggle of the ego with the self and with the other, and the resulting contradictions at the level of Thought, identity and destiny... The concept of human values of love and sacrifice was also strengthened through the life of the martyr Ghassan Kanafani
