I am Elvria Lint-an educator, psychologist, consultant, and creator of the online school "Childhood Academy". Neuro exercises are very beneficial for both children and adults as they help form useful habits, such as a desire to learn, develop logic and thinking, improve memory, and enhance the ability to quickly perceive new information. All the tasks in this workbook are designed to progress from simple to complex. Even if you feel that you can handle a more challenging version, it is still recommended to start with the simpler ones.
