5:2 et aperiens os suum docebat eos dicens

5:2 And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,

5:3 Beati pauperes spiritu, quoniam ipsorum est regnum

caelorum.

5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of

heaven.

5:4 Beati, qui lugent, quoniam ipsi consolabuntur.

5:4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

5:5 Beati mites, quoniam ipsi possidebunt terram.

5:5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

5:6 Beati, qui esuriunt et sitiunt iustitiam, quoniam ipsi

saturabuntur.
