Our pain is the tool to set us free. When you can become self aware and declare you truly wish to suffer no more the journey within starts. My personal journey from debilitating depression led me through my wish to feel 'normal' on the most intricate and intriguing journey back into myself.

Through these methods, wisdom, tools, symbols and practices presented themselves to me as the book unfolded. I found I could see and feel from a far greater depth to know that it is possible to free oneself from the suffering that I believe is part of the current human experience. I go so far as to say to a greater or lesser extent this pain lies within every human being. The beauty lies in the fact that the pain becomes realised within the self so as to be seen to be healed.
