City of Angles: vol//002 Echoes

Buildings next to buildings, askew or aligned. The twisted yet familiar. The City of Angles, a dreamlike world of wonders and terrors...

Those brought here live with the unfortunate knowledge that they are not unique. They're a copy of the original, a mere echo of who they once were back in that distant and unreachable land called Earth.

Some embrace their status as an echo, using it as a fresh start. Others fall to pieces, unable to cope with the loss of their identity.

What is the value of a life in the City of Angles, exactly? Why value it so highly? Why not throw it away? Why not fall apart? In fact, why not take the entire City down with you in the process?

Soon, Penelope Yates and those she's gathered over the years will face one who asks that question... and who gets to answer it will determine the fate of all.
