A super-powered mutant in the 23rd century learns of his heroic mandate from an advanced alien race and begins to take guidance from COAPs - Computer-Oriented Angelic Personifications. Advanced alien beings have slated Ray Sky (AKA The Camel) to become a space alien mediator to the first-ever alien visitor to Earth. Ray is supposed to leg wrestle with the visitor to determine if there will be visa fees.
