Moment To Moment

Moment by Moment was birthed out of the darkest minutes, hours and days after Sharlene Campbell-Skinner lost her oldest son, Terrence, right before Christmas in 2008. It is a journey of love, loss, learning, letting go and learning to breathe again, moment by moment. Sharlene Campbell-Skinner and her husband, Lee, live in Halsey, located in the beautiful Willamette Valley in Southern Oregon. Sharlene, Lee, and their two boys, Terrence and Chase, moved to Oregon in 1988 where they have resided for over 28 years. Together, they directed a Jr. High/High School camp for 10 years; this was the Skinner's family vacation. Many lifelong friendships were forged from those years directing camp. Sharlene and Lee come from the same little town of Miller, South Dakota, where Lee was one year ahead of Sharlene in school. Lee asked Sharlene to prom one year, but Sharlene already had a date. Several years later, they started dating and married in November of 1978. Sharlene loves her family, people of all ages, reading, antiquing/2nd hand shopping, music of all genres, writing, spending time with her family and of recent, precious granddaughter, Raegan Skinner, is an added blessing. Sharlene will tell you the greatest accomplishments in her life are her marriage, her sons, and her hope and faith in an eternal life to come.
