King of Dust

In the twilight-drenched country of Starkovia, a disgraced king seeks redemption.

Inspired by the classic and brilliant campaign Curse of Strahd.

Darius Starb?n, once the son of a great king, now grapples with the weight of centuries of mistakes and the curse of vampirism. Struggling under the weight of his past, Darius embarks on a journey of atonement, seeking redemption for both himself and the cursed lands of Starkovia.

Darius is joined by an unlikely group of allies: Urien, a Cambion Inquisitor with a fierce sense of justice, Yra, his aristocratic ex-boyfriend whose relationship with Darius is as complex as it is strained, and Astrid, a mysterious new companion who carries her own secrets. Together, they face daunting trials, otherworldly threats, and powerful foes as they navigate their world while trying to make light of the horrors around them.

A Wattys 2022 Finalist

This LitRPG Fantasy blends comedy, magick, and light LGBTQ romance into a gripping narrative. Can Darius rise above his mistakes, heal the wounds of Starkovia, and navigate the complex dance of his relationships without succumbing to his own curses? The stakes are high, the path fraught with peril, and the only certainty is that Starkovia - and Darius - will never be the same again.

King of Dust is a low-spice content book with fade-to-black scenes.
