ALS II Course 7: Navigation Leadership Attribute- Leaders who prepare for and chart through a purposeful course of action arrive with their followers at the desired destination. The navigation attribute is having a vision of the intended destination plus the direction to get there. Having a vision is a quality of the inner strength of a leader and the path that the leader follows in the life journey is often influenced by internal and external factors. The organizational culture and climate collectively combine to make an organization unique through the diversity of employees' characteristics, values, needs, attitudes, and expectations.
