Look I'm Mad: Talking about Mixed up Emotions

In this journal, youth are challenged to express their feelings in multiple scenarios that make them mad, sad, happy, and worried. These questions make them think out each scenario and face it head-on. They are also challenged to talk to their person about everything- whether a parent, guardian, favorite Aunt/Uncle or teacher-time to get to the root of the problem and Talk It Out.
