Don't call Frank Carbone a superhero. He hates that. Sure, he lives in a big city. And yes, he has a private phone only the Chief of Police calls in case of an emergency. And okay, he has incredible strength and skin that cannot be broken, but he is not a superhero. As much as he hates it, when Frank gets a call from Chief Marrisa James, he springs into action. He helps the police and civilians throughout the city of Braxton on a weekly basis, coming to the rescue when the police alone are not enough. He always saves the say.
