However, Gem, who has a personal vendetta against Star, blatantly disobeys the orders and embarks on a search of her own to find Star, with the intent to secretly kill her. Noticing the commotion, the King dispatches his own demonic forces and also enters the world of man, disguised as one of them. Not being left out, the forces of light send out heavenly beings to win Star over and save her from an eternal plight.
