Man is not just a living being, he is a God being, he is Gods medium of reaching out and doing more, man is the extension of God on the earth. His plans, His will, and His thoughts is extended to the earth through man, so I believe when God is having a thought, babies formed in the womb at that time become connected to that thought and it becomes their purpose. God spoke to Jeremiah in the book of Jeremiah chapter 1:5 (before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born, I sanctified you, I ordained you a prophet to the nations) KJV. He told Jeremiah, I sanctified you and why you were still in the womb I choose thee, the word sanctified means to separate for a course, set apart for a holy service.
