Know this. This book is raw...by that I mean, not edited, not reviewed by anyone in publishing circles. I have a story to tell. This is just me, pouring out my emotions/thoughts...trying to rid myself of the poisons inflicted on me by the sexual and alcohol abuse I suffered.I will be 69 years old in April, 2018. I wrote this in 1999. Almost committed suicide during/after putting this down in writing.I am an alcoholic-quit drinking in 1974; quit smoking 1976; completed 10 marathons and over 50 5Ks, 10Ks half marathons total; hiked 48 mountains over 4000' in elevation in New Hampshire. I have two beautiful daughters, two wonderful grandchildren yet still battle, still punched in the gut every day from what happened to me over 55 years ago.
