In the Stream: Being a Disciple of Jesus Christ

Scriptures that are thousands of years old; sermons and writings that are hundreds of years old; 21st-century essays: All combined for being totally relevant for us today. All the writings of others are taken from publications that were produced prior to 1923, so they are in the public domain and available for my use in this format. I feel compelled by the Lord to bring some of these lesser known, or even unknown, writers and preachers into the 21st century so that you, my brothers and sisters, can know them better. Also, that we may realize that the fundamental, eternal issues we face have been faced by many others for centuries. As Solomon said, "There is nothing new under the sun" (Ecclesiastes 1:9).
