On May 2, 1935, Rosanne Cartwright, an eleven-year-old child of the Great Depression, was signed onto one of America's most prestigious motion picture production studios, Bailey-Banks-and-Wilburforce (also known as BBW). Solely focused on the welfare of her parents and brother, Rosanne soon became the breadwinner of her family and the victim of eight long years of sexual abuse from her agent, Barney Wilburforce.
