The Pink Crystal

Wisdoms within the simplicity of a short story which remind us that as fast as our lives can change and a problem become insurmountable, just as fast our lives can improve-better than it was before, having met the problem. The Pink Crystal is a story about a teenage girl who goes out to gather a few herbs for that night's soup when suddenly a crisis occurs. She is forced to find shelter in the wild jungle, but the problem follows her until she is cornered. (Or rather "thinks" she is in a predicament with no way out.) UNTIL she finds hope in the form of a pink crystal which gives her the patience to" rest" instead of giving up as there occurs a solution she never expected possible. How happy she is in the end, happier than before the crisis arose showing us all that perhaps we may not always know all the facts of a situation though we think we do and that with HOPE all is possible.
