About the Book STOP AND GO: Henares continues to write more of the early years of the Cory Administration, with all the signs and portents of the times to come. He writes of the terrible temper of Defense Minister Juan Ponce Enrile, Cory's Fly of the Ointment, and of his propensity of echoing the McCarthyist line defining the communist menace (If it quacks like a duck, waddles like a duck, and looks like a duck, then it IS a duck) - gently reminding Johnny that there are many other kinds of ducks, that by his very own definition Johnny IS a duck too (!), one who cannot help doing what he is doing. Then he shifts his attention to our lack of National Language, why our attempt to have one is a failure, compared to Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Malaysia -and what we can do about it. Back to General John Singlaub who together with the religious freaks of the Opus Dei and the Korean Moonies is trying to promote a Low Intensity Conflict bloodbath to have our military torture and murder student activists and their professors, priests, labor leaders, and nationalists - to achieve the CIA of objectives of the Cold War without wasting precious American blood. Another gear-sifting, and Henares writes of the Paper Chase where ten newspapers compete to one of the five that will survive, the War of the Roces who are everywhere. And the death of a great paper, Business Day of Raul Locsin, deliberately killed by Secretary of Labor, Franklin Drilon. Then Henares continues the narrative of POTPOURRI of Book 34, Less and More, about the early years of the Cory presidency. He starts off by exposing the intent of the IMF and the Americans, sensing the public loss of respect for the Dictator Ferdinand Marcos, who was the salivator of the American Sphincter Ani, to accuse him of a crime they actually instigated him to do - the decimation of the Philippine Economy. This was accomplished by "White Paper" report, "An Analysis of the Philippine Economic Crisis" by the U.P. School of Economics. The Americans did it to discredit Marcos, take the credit for his ouster, and get into the position of convincing Cory to continue what Marcos was doing to advance the American Agenda. Isn't this obvious when Jaime Ongpin recruited Jobo Fernandez Central Bank Governor of Marcos to continue being the the Central Bank Governor of Cory? There is the unfolding story of the revolving-door relationship between the Banker's Club and the Central Bank. This is why the Truth-in-Lending Act has been violated with impunity by the banks who gouge the eyes of their clients with usurious rates of interest. Dung. Then the story of PCGG Commissioner Ramon Diaz, whom American kikes insist upon addressing as Raymond THE ASS, who sequestered the shares that a Marcos crony acquired for himself, instead of reverting the shares to the pre-Martial Law status quo, now votes the shares to to give himself and his claque control of San Miguel Corporation. The San Miguel Corporation has long been the flagship of the Philippine Economy, an industrial corporation with a high marginal productivity, integrating backwards with basic industries to process its own raw materials. Now, Ramon Diaz will probably surrender this company to the tender mercies of American Carpetbaggers who want to buy it cheap, dismantle it, and make a killing retailing its assets. What happens later was that the Marcos crony was able to recover control, decided his family do not have the ability to manage it, and entrusts the management to his faithful mechanic who has the talent to carry on the good work! In the meantime, Cory manages to nurture the emergence of new leaders - Fidel Ramos, Raul Roco, Miriam Santiago, Albert Romulo, Nikki Coseteng, Joker Arroyo, Rene Saguisag, Jojo Binay, Bobbit Sanchez, Raul Daza, Joe Concepcion, Haydee Yorac, and many others, a whole new generation of dynamic leaders.
