In 2011, the global cement market size was about 237.15 billion U.S. dollars; expected to be 394.35 billion U.S. dollars by 2016 (66% growth). Such enlargement in market size can tell better about the importance of cement. The hypothesis testing causal research had used to establish cause-and-effect relationship between implementing Lean Six-Sigma Methodology and improve the performance of cement production process through case study, including data collection and analysis at "ABC Company". By using of (DMAIC) which is a Six-Sigma approach, it gives a specific sequence of steps that should followed to define, measure, analyze, improve and control the production process. The implementation of Lean Six-Sigma Methodology improved product quality and increased the production rate in "ABC Company". This experience can expanded in other cement industry sites.
