Advances in Geriatric Diseases

This special issue focuses on research on relevant topics in geriatric medicine, discussing the condition of cognitive and functional decline and age-related diseases as well as polypharmacy and risk stratification. New insights into modern medicine pertaining to the issue of aging are required in order to adequately treat older chronic patients with comorbidity and polypharmacy, who should undergo complex and minimally invasive treatments.
