The effects of physicochemical parameters of water on anopheles larvae

This study was written for the award of Masters of Philosophy in Entomology at the Copperbelt University. My work was inspired by the number of malaria cases report in that district. I have been passionate about research in the field of Entomology and malaria research in particular. The Africa has been struggling with this problem of malaria for a long time and a lot of resources have been channeled in this field, however, the solution seems far fetched. I believe if we can focus our energy and resources in research that looks at understanding the abiotic factors in which these vectors are found.
