Library business of Dagestan (1920-1960)

The historical experience of librarianship, accumulated in the years of formation and strengthening of the Soviet power, is of theoretical and practical interest for further increasing the level of public role of libraries, improving the system of library services to the multinational population of the modern Republic of Dagestan.
