Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 22 of 2023 concerning Visas and Stay Permits and Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 82 of 2023 promulgated on 30 August 2023 became the basis for the implementation of the Golden Visa policy. In THE DECADES since Sputnik, various satellite applications have been developed with both military and civilian uses. The military and public both regularly utilize satellite technologies like remote sensing, telecommunications, and direct television broadcasting. Global positioning systems, designed initially for military applications, have also successfully transitioned to civilian use.
