This quantitative study conducted from December 2022 to January 2023 examined the quality of life and knowledge levels of 62 parents with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Utilizing a pre-tested questionnaire and the WHOQOL-BREF scale, the study highlighted a generally low level of quality of life among these parents. Additionally, findings revealed significant associations: the physical domain was linked to marital status (p=0.003), educational level positively affected social (p=0.004) and environmental (p=0.007) domains, and child communication abilities influenced psychological (p=0.001), social (p=0.001), and environmental (p=0.001) domains. These findings highlight the urgent need for targeted support from healthcare professionals to improve parental well-being and enhance public awareness.
