The book is about the concept Emotional Intelligence, different factors of Emotional Intelligence. Actually, its a research work done by the author to know and understand the different factors which affects on Emotional Intelligence of Secondary School Teachers of Mumbai. The author is working in Mumbai since one & half decade as a Teacher Educator and interested in Emotional Intelligence area which plays a vital role in the development of personality.
