Every year it's with bitterness that I read the official results for the final year of high school. I've always wondered: what is the cause of this recurrent failure? I never got the answer. So I had to do some advanced studies to fully understand the situation. In addition to my post-graduate studies in education, I was lucky enough to become a secondary school inspector, and I enjoyed supervising teachers, which leads me to believe that the massive failure of students is largely due to a lack of training on the part of some teachers.The aim of this document is to encourage teachers to participate in ā in-service training and to encourage those in charge to recruit teachers with initial training. Indeed, my research has emphasized the importance of pre-service or in-service training, or disciplinary training, for teaching in secondary schools.
