The study concludes that attracting institutional investors is beneficial, but companies should maintain a balanced ownership structure and focus on board effectiveness. Limitations include a small sample size and reliance on secondary data. Recommendations for further research include exploring other financial metrics and industry-specific patterns in ownership effects.
