An anti-cancer drug is designed to fight cancer, whatever its mechanism. It is designed to destroy or stop the growth of malignant cells, or to help the body get rid of them more effectively. Dispensing is the pharmaceutical act that combines the dispensing of drugs, the pharmaceutical analysis of the medical prescription and the provision of information and advice necessary for the proper use of drugs (37).To study the dispensing of anticancer drugs in the M'PEWO private pharmacy from August 2023 to July 2024.This was a cross-sectional study with a 6-month survey period from December 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024.The study involved 102 registered prescriptions belonging to 85 patients. Women were more frequent. The [46 - 60] age group accounted for 37.7%. The mean age was 48.86 16.45 years. Breast and gastric cancer were the most common, each accounting for 14.1%.
