Evelyn runs away from her broken home in hopes to discover the greatest freedom possible. She hopes to find that freedom in rural Michigan, where she can escape the constraints of her tortured existence.

Unfortunately, rather than discovering true liberation, Evelyn is taken hostage by dark, mysterious men who lure women to the woods and steal their lives out from under them. In this newly found cutthroat lifestyle she is forced into, Evelyn realized that enemies are everywhere and true friends are few and far between.

Evelyn knows she can only break so many times before she will lose hope. And after failed escape attempts and rebellions, Evelyn is shattered. Will a broken girl manage to escape manipulators, abusers, and killers before it is too late?
