This book is dedicated to those who want to live every moment of their life with serenity and awareness. Death is part of life, like love, like the struggle, like the dreams you have when young and the doubts you have when old. Oberto Airaudi, Falco Tarassaco (1950-2013), is the founder and spiritual guide of Damanhur, Federation of Communities. A philosopher, healer, writer and painter, he actively conducted research in the fields of wellness, the arts and new sciences. He published philosophical, poetic and esoteric writings, translated into many languages. As a painter, he created a specific kind of alchemical painting called "Selfic Painting".
