Aaina-e-Ehsaas: (The mirror of feeling, Poetry)

The greatest thing about Ummeed Fazli's poetry is that it does not spoil the taste but rather enhances it. There is freshness, elegance and delicacy of thought in his ghazals, but there is no strangeness or alieantion. The reader does not feel bad after reading her poetry, but rather enjoys it.

امید فاضلی کی شاعری میں سب سے بڑی بات یہ ہے کہ وہ ذوق کو بگاڑتی نہیں بلکہ سنوارتی ہے۔ ان کی غزلوں میں تازگی، شگفتگی اور نزاکتِ خیال ہے مگر اجنبیت اور غرابت نہیں ہے۔ ان کی شاعری کو پڑھ کر قاری بدحواس نہیں ہوتا بلکہ محظوظ ہوتا ہے۔
