Thoughts beneath the Scars

Thoughts Beneath the Scars is a poetry book that holds a kaleidoscope of feelings about; insecurities, mental health, love, self-love, and growth. Each chapter is a step in the healing process of scars originating in the mind and heart. Poet Adriana M.Giovanni firstly wrote these poems in her diary when going through a breakup. She realized that by writing down these feelings, they were given a special place where they were allowed to exist. She believes these poems will be relatable to those who sometimes feel unheard or misunderstood. Moreover, this book is for the people who are trying to make peace with their emotions and finally find rest in their storms. She hopes that this book will remind you, with a warm

embrace, that no matter how different your feelings may be, they are all valid.
